I love recieving wedding gift bags at the hotel. There's no better way to show hospitality to your guests for traveling a long way for your special day. However, whenever I see the magazines with inspiration it all looks really expensive! Let's face it, by the guest bag stage of planning, there's not a ton of funds left for most brides! My sister in-law Jenn always thinks of everything and I thought she hit her guest bags out of the park!
She also included a custom coozie and local treats to represent Charleston: Cheer Wine, Pecan Cookies, Sweet Tea Vodka
Jenn created an itinerary and a list of things to do in Charleston to help everyone maximize thier weekend. She used a vendor on Etsy to lay everything out for her in a professional way. It was really cost effective to find someone on Etsy vs. using a stationary store. Jenn still raves about Sara from Simply Modern Designs.
For the wedding party, Jenn laid out a timeline of events for the weekend (with pictures!). As a professional bridesmaid, I know there is always a lot of confusion on where to be and when. There's always a few in every wedding party that need extra hand-holding.
Check out Jenn's blog for all of her stationary/signage ideas she had for her big day.
I'd love to hear about any great gift bags you've recieved! Sometimes it is tricky to find signature treats for your city - feel free to reach out to our community in the comments for help!
